My order status says "Processing." Did you receive my order?

Yes! Orders with "Processing" status are currently being processed and should change to "Printing" status; meaning, your order has entered production. Once it has been quality checked and prepared for shipment, your order status will change to "Completed". You will also receive a confirmation email with tracking information at this time.
